Nerd came up with an idea and straight friend agreed to the joke. If asked, the guys will always repeat the same thing: the best thing in life is women, they can't live without them, etc. This may be true but what they don't admit is that male pleasure is the most important of all, regardless of the object of desire. That's why when they don't find partners they end up on the receiving end or, as in this case, some gay guy to fix their lust. And that's what the guy did when the milk accumulated.
